Film Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising bercerita tentang sekelompok gadis-gadis mahasiswi yang pindah rumah ke Mac dan juga Kelly Radner yang pada mulanya adalah tempat untuk seorang anak kecil yang diaman diperankan oleh Seth Rogen dan juga Rose Byrne. sebeumnya di Mac dan Kelly telah terjadi masalah terhadap tetanggal Teddy. dan akhirnya mereka memutuskan untuk meminta bantuan temannya guna dalam mengatasi masalah suara parau yang mereka derita.
